He got enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2006, and thereafter, completed his Masters of Law in the UK. He has been the Panel Counsel for the Union of India and the State of Uttar Pradesh before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, during the beginning of his practice and is currently the Deputy Advocate General for the State of Haryana before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India since 2021. Over the years, his drive to refine his skills and abilities alongwith a keen sense of fairness and empathy has helped SRS Legal firmly establish itself as a trusted advisor to its clients. His valuable experience working with Government Departments and Corporations has in turn, has helped the firm establish a significant knowledge base within our firm – a base that we tap into for the benefit of our clients.
He also has a passion to impart his knowledge to the next generation of lawyers and is an Adjunct Law Professor at Jindal Global Law School, JGU, Sonipat.
Paras has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2020. He completed his B.A., LLB (H) from Amity University, Noida. He is a keen and quick learner readily applying concepts to his legal drafting, research and evolving his working style to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Beginning his professional career with the onset of the pandemic, he has consistently aimed for inculcating modern technology to enhance his practice and provide the most effective and efficient service to our clients.
